Superior Equipment Sales Inc., an independent HVAC equipment and supplies distributor, is seeking a motivated and determined sales professional to help grow the company’s market share in the Chesapeake, VA area. We are an employee-owned HVAC wholesaler with a focus on providing superior customer service to contractors throughout Virginia. The Territory Manager will devote his or her time to calling on residential and commercial HVAC contractors both on the phone and in person in order to uncover and secure new business opportunities. Other responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to, preparing customer quotes, developing extensive product knowledge, managing customer pricing, providing information about both manufacturer and distributor directed programs, and delivering outstanding customer-focused service. Sales growth through new account acquisition will be the focus.
BA/BS preferred, but any combination of education and experience is considered. HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical distribution experience is helpful, but not required. Professional, intelligent, competitive, and determined salespeople are encouraged to apply.
