Superior Equipment Sales Inc., an independent HVAC equipment and supplies distributor, is seeking a motivated and determined individual who wants to gain sales experience while learning the business and helping to help grow the company’s market share in the Richmond, VA area.
This position is ideal for an entry level or early career sales professional. The candidate who is hired will devote his or her time to learning to call on residential and commercial HVAC contractors both on the phone and in person in order to both uncover and secure new business opportunities.
You will learn the HVAC business from the ground up with 6-12 months of training in our Richmond facility learning all aspects of the HVAC wholesale business.
Other responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to: preparing customer quotes, developing extensive product knowledge, managing customer pricing, providing information about both manufacturer and distributor directed programs, and delivering outstanding customer-focused service. Sales growth through new account acquisition will be a focus.
BA/BS degree is preferred, but any combination of education and experience is considered. While HVAC experience is helpful, it is not required. Professional, intelligent, competitive, and determined salespeople are encouraged to apply.
