New program offers perks for Superior’s loyal customers

Superior Equipment Sales, Inc., has a new Superior Program aimed at providing loyal heating and air conditioning contractors with customized benefits and value-added services.

Superior prides itself on providing product expertise, excellent customer service and inventory availability.   Wholesale customers who purchase their equipment from Superior can also benefit from personalized services by enrolling in the Superior Program.

“Rather than offer a ‘one-size fits all’ program of sales incentives, our goal is to build personal relationships with each customer so we can provide the benefits or incentives most important to them,” said Sales Manager Carter Shaw.  “For example, we will work with each customer to determine if their company is eligible for special pricing or manufacturer’s rebates or other incentives. “

Anyone enrolled in the program will also receive the Superior Service Plan free of charge.   This Plan offers warranty processing, delivery service and other valuable services at no additional cost.  For those not in the program, a new fee schedule is in effect as of January 1, 2016. 

There is no additional charge to enroll in the Superior Program, but a purchase commitment is required.
