Mary Kantmann South Hampton Roads
Mary has been with Superior Equipment Sales for 29 years. She started out working on the counter and after a couple of months moved to order processing, where she spent four years before engaging in the sales side of the business. Mary also processes Goodcare Extended Warranties and Builder Rebates. She enjoys being able to help our customers with their business needs and was twice awarded Salesperson of the Year.

Fred Haywood Chesapeake, VA & North Carolina markets
Fred joined the Superior team during the summer of 2016. He brings over two decades of experience in construction and industrial sales and sales management, as well as experience as a construction superintendent and heavy equipment operator, and holds several OSHA & VDOT professional certifications. Fred has a BS in Finance from Old Dominion University, and also attended Virginia Tech. He is very proud that many of those with whom he socializes and rides (yes, he's a biker), started out as clients, and quickly became lifelong friends.

Drew Varner Hampton Roads
In June of 2018, Drew joined Superior Equipment Sales as a Counter Salesperson at our Chesapeake Branch. In January of 2020, he was promoted to Territory Manager serving the greater Hampton Roads area. Drew brings 7+ years of HVAC trade experience to his role including working with his step-dad at Air Care Solutions, LLC. Drew has a bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University, where he majored in Professional Writing (Interdisciplinary Studies). In his free time, Drew loves to spend time with his family and enjoys playing music - specifically singing and playing guitar for a local rock band.

Pamela Rogers Richmond
Pamela Rogers is an experienced sales professional with expertise in prospecting, account development, and sales. Before joining the Superior team in the fall of 2019, she worked as a Territory Sales Manager for County Waste & Recycling. In her free time, Pam enjoys being outdoors, league bowling, and shopping at flea markets to find unique items for her home.
