Congratulations to Tom Leonard for being recognized as Salesperson of the Year for 2013 by Superior Equipment Sales, Inc.
Tom has been a fixture at the Chesapeake headquarters for nearly 20 years, where he has filled almost every role – from driver to warehouse manager to all-around handyman. He has been responsible for counter sales at the Chesapeake showroom for nearly 10 years.
“Tom is very often the first face our customers see when they walk through the doors in Chesapeake,” said Carter Shaw, sales manager. “He holds down one of the most demanding and fast-paced areas of our business. He is a critical member of the sales team, consistently driving our sales initiatives and promotions while taking a genuine interest in advancing the company’s sales goals.”
Tom lives in Virginia Beach with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Superior also recognized four of its delivery drivers with safe driving awards for having no traffic violations during the year. They are Herbert Coleman, Demetrious Lamb, James Revell and Quincy Spruill.
